1. Nature of the program
The Facebook Monetisation Mentorship is a paid educational digital program. Content is delivered digitally, primarily over WhatsApp and online sessions. There is no physical product, no employment offer and no guarantee of income.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are enrolling with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that the information you provide at checkout is true and accurate.
3. Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
- Access to the program is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
4. Refunds
The program is a digital product with instant access. All payments are strictly non-refundable. Please read our full Refund Policy before purchasing.
5. Access & delivery
Program access details (WhatsApp group invite, session links and resources) are shared to the email and phone number provided at checkout, typically within 24 hours of successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide correct contact details.
6. Intellectual property
All content, materials, recordings, templates and communications shared as part of the program are the intellectual property of Sawan Varma. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, publicly share or use them to train any model without our prior written consent. Violation may result in termination of access without refund and legal action.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not share your access credentials or program materials with any third party.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Do not harass mentors, staff or other participants.
We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you violate these rules.
8. No income guarantee & disclaimer
The program is for educational purposes only. Any earnings or results referenced are examples and are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, skill, execution and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific income, monetisation approval or outcome. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook / Meta Platforms, Inc. 9. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party platforms (payment gateways, WhatsApp, video hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, terms or actions of those third parties.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages.
11. Changes to the Service
We may update or modify the content, schedule or delivery format of the program at any time to improve quality. Core deliverables will remain equivalent in value.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sonipat, Haryana.
