All payments made for the Facebook Monetisation Mentorship and any related digital program are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
1. No refund policy
The mentorship is a digital program with instant access to paid content, WhatsApp community, recorded sessions and downloadable resources. Because access and value are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed, we do not issue refunds, either in full or in part, under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Inability to attend live sessions or dedicate time to the program.
- Lack of results, monetisation approval or income after applying the training.
- Duplicate purchases made by you (please contact us and we will help move you to the correct enrolment).
- Loss of interest, personal or professional reasons.
By completing the payment on our checkout page you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this no-refund policy.
2. Cancellations
Since access is provisioned immediately after successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. You may choose to stop using the program at any time, but this will not entitle you to a refund.
3. Payment failures & duplicate charges
If money has been debited from your account but you did not receive access, or you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, please write to us at harishree943@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with the payment ID. After verification with our payment gateway, any genuinely duplicate or failed-but-captured charge will be reversed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us first if you have any concern. Raising an unjustified chargeback with your bank without contacting us is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate revocation of program access and appropriate legal action.
